Our VR and business came together serendipitously - when we purchased our VR, we'd been waiting for it to be constructed for five years. After closing in 2002, we were signed up with the management company for rentals as a matter of course. When we discovered that rentals weren't what we thought they would be, we used our marketing and website development skills to start promoting our condo and voila! we were suddenly booked more than other units in the complex! And we've fond that it really is fun and interesting to help other folks plan their vacations and special events in their lives.
A favorite side benefit is that it's great fun to work on VR marketing projects in the day job - lots of great photos, happy people, and we get to visit the destinations vicariously, if not in person!

| Realize that not everyone is as honest as you think they are and also that not everyone is as sneaky as you fear. People are mostly good and we've made quite a few good friends renting out our VRs. |
