We have owned this home for a number of years and had always had either family members or annual renters. After the last tenant moved we decided to turn this lovely little waterfront home into a vacation rental. We just started in January of 2012 and we have it booked thru June 2012 with 8 different vacationers and already have bookings for 2013. Next season, we plan to do the same with another home that we own.

It has been fun fixing, furnishing and welcoming our guests. I am here to learn and hopefully keep from making too many mistakes.
