My wife Anita and I own a small Florida ranch house on the end of a canal looking out to the river. The house was in very poor condition. Over a two year period we refurbished the house and now rent it on a regular basis while still finding time to enjoy it. |

| For what its worth I will not rent the house without speaking with the rentor once or twice by phone. I think someone will take better care of your rental when they have even the slightest personal connection. So far it ahs worked out well. |
