Member Discounts. If you're a FullyBookedRentals member, you'll receive a 15% discount on each and every product you buy from our online store. Just be sure to log in with your email address and password before placing your order. Once you do that, you'll see both the regular price and the discounted member price for each product. Shipping. Orders for books and CDs are usually shipped within 24 hours. For shipments to U.S. addresses, you can choose either Media Mail ($4 per order) or Priority Mail ($10 per order). For shipments to other countries, we use Global Priority Mail exclusively ($20 for shipments to Canada, $35 to other countries).
The default shipping option is Media Mail, but you can change that by choosing one of the other options from the drop-down menu and clicking the Update Cart button.
Downloads. When you order one or more of our downloadable products, you'll receive two email messages, one confirming your order and another with a clickable link for each download. The download link(s) in this message will be active for 24 hours from time of purchase and can be accessed twice within that time.
Payment/Security. You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. This site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology (256-bit AES, in case you're interested) to encrypt your credit card information. As you step through the order-entry process, you'll see that the Web addresses begin with https (instead of http), and there's a lock icon on each page.
Privacy Policy. We consider all personal information provided to us at this site to be private. We will not share your email address and other contact information with anyone, ever.

If you’re not completely satisfied with any product, simply return it within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price.
